1. WarrantyProducts purchased through
www.babdoo.com are covered by the manufacturer's warranty or the seller's warranty, depending on the product and applicable conditions.
For consumers (natural persons purchasing products for personal use), warranty rights are provided in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Latvia and European Union consumer protection requirements.
For business customers (legal entities), warranty conditions are provided according to the manufacturer's warranty terms or the terms agreed between the parties.
To request warranty service, the customer must provide:
- proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt);
- information about the product;
- a description of the defect or issue.
The customer may be required to return the product for inspection or repair. Instructions regarding the return process will be provided by Babdoo customer support.
Warranty claims are valid only where the product has been used according to the manufacturer's instructions and intended purpose.
The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by:
- improper use or failure to follow operating instructions;
- accidental damage;
- mechanical damage caused by the customer;
- unauthorized repairs or modifications;
- normal wear and tear;
- damage caused by liquids, foreign objects, fire, natural disasters, or other external factors;
- use of unsuitable accessories, components, or consumables.
Consumable materials and accessories may not be covered by warranty unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
2. Right of WithdrawalIf you are a consumer as defined by applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase made through
www.babdoo.com within 14 days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period begins from the day when you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receives the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform SIA Baltic Satellite Service of your decision before the withdrawal period expires by sending a clear written statement to:

- your name and contact information;
- order number;
- date of purchase;
- product name;
- confirmation that you wish to withdraw from the purchase agreement.
After submitting your withdrawal request, you must return the product to Babdoo within 14 days.
3. Return ConditionsReturned products must:
- be unused or used only to the extent necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functionality;
- include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any included documentation;
- be in a condition that does not reduce their value.
If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, or if its value has decreased due to damage, missing parts, or improper handling, Babdoo may reduce the refund amount proportionally to the decrease in value.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transportation.
4. RefundsAfter receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, Babdoo will refund the amount paid for the product within the period required by applicable law.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method has been agreed upon.
Babdoo may delay the refund until:
- the product has been received; or
- the customer provides proof that the product has been shipped back.
The refund includes the cost of standard delivery. Additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.
The customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the product unless otherwise agreed.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases provided by applicable consumer protection laws, including but not limited to:
- products made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized;
- products that are likely to deteriorate quickly or have a limited expiration period;
- sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons after the seal has been opened;
- products that have become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
- services that have been fully performed with the customer's prior consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal will be lost after completion.
